CTCs focus on key elements:
- Instruction and hands-on computer experience to
increase participants knowledge and skills in using computers
as a tool
- Computer-based training (CBT’s)
and tutorials to help participants improve
formal and informal educational capacity
- A communication link to community resources that
will improve the quality of life for local residents
- Mentoring for Career Development
