“Clio is a wonderful place for students to begin or continue their college education. The Northern Tier Center strives to provide students with a warm and relaxed atmosphere to enhance their learning experience. Conveniently located near the I-75 Expressway, students will find many fast food restaurants, shopping centers and more.”

Mott Community College has offered classes in Clio since 2002, and has been in the current facility since January 2007. Since moving into their new location two years ago, enrollment has doubled from 400 to 800 students. Students living in Northern Genesee County can complete many of their basic educational requirements close to home. So, whether students are looking to begin a two-year degree, to upgrade or to learn new job skills, or to enrich their lives by taking a class or two, they will find the same excellent quality of classroom instruction and services found on the main campus. A well rounded selection of general education, transfer, and program courses are offered at NTC. MCC spent about $1.5 million in bond proceeds to renovate 18,000 square feet building, which formerly housed a Pamida retail store. |
