The
Public Safety Department is responsible for security and emergency
response at Mott Community College. They patrol the main
campus and the area encompassing a one mile radius around the campus,
including the Flint Cultural Center and Kearsley Park.
Immediately report all emergencies, fires or crimes.
The
Department is located in Room 200 of the Facilities Management Building
on the main campus. Staffing is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week by certified police officers, trained safety officers and
student officers. MCC also maintains Public Safety Mini Stations on its main campus and in the Extension Centers:

The campus has an emergency Public Address System as well as fire alarms. Follow "take shelter" or "evacuation orders" in a calm, quick manner. Civil Defense Warnings will also be broadcast
over the MCC TV system.
Non-emergency
calls include:
Personal Escorts, Car Problems, Lost Car, Lost
and Found, and requests for student notification of a personal emergency. |
