Clubs, organizations, or individuals on campus wishing to raise funds from students shall secure prior written agreement from the Coordinator of Student Life, PCC 1240. Raffles must receive appropriate licensing approval from the Michigan Lottery Charitable Division, 517-335-5780.

A strict accounting of all funds must be in writing and funds must be deposited in college accounts and distributed according to an approved plan.
