communities attractive to employers by providing
convenient, responsive technical training facilities
right near the workplace. Training is oriented
toward the high skill, high wage occupations.
Classes are developed to be relevant for current
needs, flexibly scheduled and competency based.

Competency Based Assessment
When you spend money on training you
want to know that your employees have achieved
mastery of the skills taught. Livingston Regional
M-TEC can provide you those results. Each student’s
skill achievement can be assessed using written
post-tests, hands-on performance demonstrations
or both. Many classes award certificates of competency
upon completion.
