Students enrolled in MCC programs will receive intensive training
in all phases of the restaurant business, and will graduate with
a high level of expertise necessary to become a professional in
any area of the foodservice business.
Students gain practical experience in food preparation, plus valuable
management and customer service skills in our spacious, and beautiful
Applewood Café. Many students participate in cooking contests,
