Assessment Battery
A minimum score of 75 is required on the MELAB for international students applying
for F-1 status at Mott Community College.
This testing format is administered through the English Language Institute
of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. To arrange a MELAB test, contact
the MELAB office through one of the methods listed below. MELAB will forward
you the name and address of an examiner in your area who will administer the
test to you. The completed test will then be returned to the English Language
Institute. You must authorize MELAB permission to forward the “official” test
results to Mott Community College.
