Admission to Mott Community College is open to:

  • All high school graduates and those with a GED
  • Non-high school graduates 18 years of age or older
  • Applicants under 18 who are not high school graduates or students but have satisfactorily completed the General Educational Development Test (GED)
  • Students still in high school may attend with permission from their high school and parents. Please refer to the MCC dual/early admit policy.

Programs leading to certification or licensure may require high school graduation or successful completion of the GED examination. Students should check with their MCC advisor or counselor for occupational requirements.

You may print or complete an online application or obtain an application from the Admissions and Recruitment Office, Counseling and Student Development Office, Southern Lakes Branch Center - Fenton, Lapeer Extension Center, Northern Tier Center - Clio, Livingston Center - Howell, or from any high school in Genesee County.
