A non-refundable $55.25 registration ($31.50)
and student service ($23.75) fee
is charged each semester.

A $4.70 per contact hour fee will be charged for all courses.

Refund Policy
The schedule for the refund of tuition and fees
is published in the class schedule calendar each semester and session.
NOTE: Students who withdraw from fall or winter semester classes
after the second week of classes will not receive refunds. Students
should be sure to check the Academic/Registration
Calendar in the class schedule booklet for specific dates.
Refund deadlines vary for each semester and session.
Tuition Appeals
Students who have to drop classes for medical
or employment related reasons beyond their controls may request
a waiver of the standard refund policy. Documentation such as
medical reports and employer verifications must be provided to
substantiate the appeal.
Appeals must be submitted within 30 days
of the last day of the semester in which the course(s) was/were
dropped.
Forms are available in the Registration & Cashiers' Office, PCCLL15 or at the Lapeer, SLBC or NTC extension center offices

here. Appeals are reviewed on a monthly basis by an appeals committee,
and students will be notified of the decision. If an appeal is approved,
tuition charges may be adjusted or a refund will be sent to the
student. |
