Students:
Any
current student of Mott Community College has library circulation
privileges for the semester(s) for which he/she is enrolled. The
student ID card serves as the library card. Students must have both
their student ID and a photo ID to check out materials. A limit of
ten items may be checked out at any one time. See our Circulation
Policies for a complete description.
Special Permission Borrowers:
Have
the same borrowing privileges as Mott students. Special Permission
Borrowers are registered for various lengths of time, usually the
current semester. Two pieces of identification are required to check
out materials. Bring in a picture ID, and a student ID, current class
schedule, or current registration receipt.
Special Permission Borrowers include:
Academic Resource Sharing: academic
libraries in the area participate in limited sharing of books for
current students (2 books per visit/10 books per semester). In order
to qualify for an ARS card, you must:
- Have exhausted the possibilities at the college or university
in which you are enrolled
- Have an ARS card issued from the reference librarian at the
college or university in which you are enrolled
- Have no holds or fines on your record
- Have a photo ID and the ARS card
