To All MCC Employees:

I’d like to say thank you—and congratulations--for all the important work you did on Friday during the AQIP Conversation Day.  Approximately 500 Mott employees took part in the planning activities!

Thanks to your efforts, MCC has an extensive set of insights and propositions about the future to fuel our upcoming planning activities.

I was so impressed by the level of insight and thoughtfulness in the observations that were shared during the sessions.  It was truly moving to witness so many dedicated people working so hard to determine the future of our College.

As we informed you on Friday, Conversation Day is the beginning of our AQIP process.  You will be hearing more about the work ahead as we prioritize the Action Projects for the coming Strategy Forum in May of 2006.

Again, thank you so much for your energy and insight on Conversation Day, and special thanks to those of you who planned and volunteered to make the event a success.  Your input will make a real difference in the future of MCC.
