Today we are posting additional information gathered on Conversation Day, as well as dates for the Action Project prioritization activities that will take place when we return from Winter Break in January 2006. 1. New Web Address for AQIP@MCC AQIP materials are still available on the MCC web site by following the "Faculty & Staff" links, but we now have a special web address that links directly to all the AQIP content: http://aqip.mcc.edu/ All of the links that were previously shared still work; however, the above address is simple and easier to remember. 2. Conversation Day Evaluation Summary Data Comments provided by employees on the Conversation Day Evaluation Forms have been compiled and analyzed; all comments are available in .pdf form on our AQIP page. Below is a direct link to the report: http://www.mcc.edu/pdf/aqip/evaluation_summary_data.pdf Employee feedback on Conversation Day is overwhelmingly positive! A number of themes emerge from the results. Perhaps the most important observation is that follow-through is key to our success in this initiative. 3. Dates for AQIP Prioritization Activities Next week will ask employees to take a web-based survey to aid in the completion of the "Immediate Action Items" suggested on Conversation Day. When we return in January, employees will have a number of opportunities to be involved in the prioritization of our AQIP Action Projects. Our goal is to have 5-6 Action Projects selected prior to our Strategy Forum in May 2006. Those dates are posted below.
