The purpose of this survey is to rank the 20 Proposed AQIP Action Projects. All employees are invited to follow the survey link and rank the importance and current performance for each proposed Action Project. This is your opportunity to QUANTITATIVELY rank the proposed AQIP Action Projects. We will solicit QUALITATIVE rankings during the employee forums on February 8 & 9.
