These were folded into the project descriptions used by the Interim Quality Council in determining the Top 10. The Top 10 Action Projects now become the centerpiece of our Community Town Hall Meetings and the MCC 2007-2012 Strategic Planning Process. A copy of the AQIP Action Projects Power Point presentation for these meetings is located on the AQIP web site: http://www.mcc.edu/pdf/aqip/Final_Forum_Pres.ppt Next week we begin the second phase of our AQIP Action Project prioritization. We will have another online survey of the Top 10 Action Projects, and three employee forums. The March faculty meeting will also be devoted to the prioritization process. At the end of this second phase, we will have determined the top 5-6 AQIP Action Projects to take to the May AQIP Strategy Forum.
