Purpose:
- Promote students interest & abilities
in the art of cooking, baking, and marketing of sanitary foodstuff.
- Provide students with a forum to exchange information on food
products - costs, preparation, presentation and storage.
- Participants develop and sell food products in the Prahl Center
building as a fund raiser for field trips, food tasting, or dining
experiences.
