	Clubs and Organizations Student Life Business Division Applewood Cafe CLEF

Purpose:

Promote students interest & abilities in the art of cooking, baking, and marketing of sanitary foodstuff.
Provide students with a forum to exchange information on food products - costs, preparation, presentation and storage.
Participants develop and sell food products in the Prahl Center building as a fund raiser for field trips, food tasting, or dining experiences.
