Your participation in the exchange is completely voluntary, by completing this form you agree to your information being posted on our website and to act in good faith with other participants by providing only plants that are pest and disease free. While we expect that the general populous to be of sound character and acting in good faith, the express concerns need be stated, that the MCC Gardening Association or its affiliates do not take responsibility for the actions of participants or outcomes occurring as a result of participating in an exchange. Nor do we compensate for incomplete transactions, or transactions involving plants with disease or pest problems, or other unforeseen consequences. We urge you to inspect all plants before making exchanges, and give ample consideration to all transactions involving person to person exchanges.
