We will research, gather diagrams and details, and consult with your personnel and equipment manufacturers to create site-specific study materials. We modify off-the-shelf courses, create new courses, and develop site-specific, self-study manuals and structure on-the-job training programs built around your preventive maintenance procedures and operating procedures.

We also offer a very comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program. Our ability to work with your organization's management team or new technical trainers and offer them our experience has proven to be an effective method of bringing a new training staff up to speed. We also work closely with corporate training staffs to turn over ownership of programs that we may have developed for your organization.
