DisAbility Services is a college resource promoting barrier-free environments, which means ensuring the rights of students with disabilities and assisting the college with meeting its obligations under federal and state statutes. DisAbility Services works to ensure access to college courses, programs, facilities, services, and activities by documenting disabilities and providing or arranging reasonable accommodations. We are located in the Learning Center, which is located on the second floor of the Prahl College Center.

To receive accommodations, stop by or contact a DisAbility Services Specialist by e-mail at Sherry.Weeder@mcc.edu, or phone at (810) 762-0399 v tty. He/she is your resource for information, direction and encouragement and can help with concerns you may have.

DisAbility Services does not provide testing to determine whether or not a disability exists. Therefore, for those students who suspect that they have a disability, referrals to local professionals and agencies can be given.
