Section 202 of the 1990 Americans With Disabilities
Act: "No qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason
of such disability, be excluded from the participation in or be
denied the benefits of the services, program or activities of any
such public entity, or be subject to discrimination by any such
entity."
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of
1973: "No otherwise qualified, handicapped individual in the United
States shall solely, by reason of his handicap, be excluded from
the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected
to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal
financial assistance."
Students, who believe their rights have
been violated, or feel there has been a failure by this institution
to comply with the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities
Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, may file a complaint
in accordance with the grievance
