What Can You Do To Help?
Do you have information about other active “green” initiatives at MCC?
Have an idea you would like to share? We want to hear your stories!
Please email GRiT@mcc.edu.
Additionally, each year MCC hosts and/or participates in events and programs that promote environmental awareness. MCC employees and students volunteer for projects/initiatives that support both campus and community clean-up and conservation efforts.
“Greeny” Nomination Form
Nominate an MCC employee or student group who has made a significant contribution to the establishment of green initiatives. Winners will be announced the in Connection and on our website. Help promote the things that are making MCC a green steward for our community and students. Whether its a new program, course or service that has been implemented we want to learn about it and tell folks what we are doing.
GRiT is always welcoming new members and new ideas. Join us on the first Tuesday of the month at 2:00pm - 3:00pm in the Faculty and Staff lounge in CM1129.
