Hispanic Technology & Community Center


The Hispanic Technology & Community Center is a service oriented organization located on Flint's east side.

The HTCC provides:

  • Free access to computers and the Internet for area residents
  • Free technical computer training
  • GED preparation
  • Tutoring
  • ESL and SSL classes
  • Translation/interpretation services
  • Tax preparation
  • Job Search and assistance with creating a resume
  • Notary Public

We are a non-profit organization formed in 2002 through a partnership between Mott Community College and the American GI Forum. The American GI Forum is a veteran's service organization dedicated to addressing problems of discrimination endured by Hispanic veterans.

Our Mission:

To provide educational, cultural, social and technological opportunity for a better tomorrow.
