Made It To the Top

Honors Team at 2009 Winter Team-building Retreat
Team-building activities
are available on ground and then high-ropes
for those who desire more
challenge.
New applicants should call the Honors Officer at 762-0360
to schedule an Honors interview. See application procedures.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Please see Honors Courses for the 2009-2010 schedule of honors courses. We do not offer any honors courses in Spring/Summer, but call Honors Coordinator 762-0360 as soon as registration begins.
If you are already in the Honors Program: Remember
you must apply for the honors scholarship each semester that you
plan to take honors courses. You may NOT self-
register for honors sections. Call 762-0360 for
scheduling appointment.
A list of Honors Courses is available in the Schedule Book, on the Honor's website and the college-wide website. However, students must register IN PERSON with the Honors Coordinator (CM1006) for any honors course.
Honors Program students have “first dibs” on these courses, but any
student with a cumulative 3.25 GPA or higher and 12 credits (in 100 or higher
level courses) may also enroll in honors courses with permission of the
honors program coordinator.
So
if you would like to “test the waters” of the Honors Program, or have any questions about the program, contact Heather Sisto 762-0360 or Heather.Sisto@mcc.edu
There are some MCC internal scholarships that Honors students with specific majors and/or financial need may qualify for. Contact Financial Aid regarding your financial needs.
