Drug Free Workplace Act of 1998
Under this law, Mott employees may be disciplined and terminated if they manufacture, distribute, possess, or use controlled substances in the workplace.

Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA/MIOSHA)
The law that regulates safety in the workplace by requiring an employer to furnish each employee a place of employment which is free from recognized hazards that are causing, or are likely to cause, death or serious physical harm to the employee. 29 USC 651 et seq.; MCL 408.1001 et seq.
