Employee Group Information Collective bargaining agreements, benefit summaries, seniority lists, and other information pertinent to specific bargaining units or Exempt employees.	Printable HR Forms A collection of forms that can be printed and completed.
General Information Academic calendars, commonly used acronyms, the collaborative problem solving sequence, and college holiday closings.	Policies & Procedures Board HR Policies and other policies & procedures, including: reporting sexual and other harassment, hiring a substitute instructor, and evaluating probationary faculty.
Employee Recognition Upcoming employee recognition events and a history of award recipients.	HR Reports Organizational charts, Table of Approved Positions (TAP), Workforce Composition and Board Personnel Information reports updated monthly.
Health & Wellness Information about the Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Mott’s medical, dental and vision providers; and flexible spending accounts. Includes links to provider web sites and contact information.	Supervisor Information A collection of resources for supervisors, including documented procedures and articles of interest.
Retirement Plans Information about employer-sponsored and supplemental retirement savings plans. Includes links to provider web sites and contact information.	Contact HR Contact information for each staff member in the Human Resources Office as well as their primary areas of responsibility.
