These characteristics, which may often go unnoticed, are demonstrated daily by the employees of Mott Community College. In an effort to recognize the extraordinary performance and contributions of our faculty and staff, we are pleased to introduce the “Outstanding Employee of the Month” (OEOM) Program. This new appreciation program will allow us to honor individuals who provide exceptional service and valuable contributions to the College and those we serve.
