Teaching Circles offer an opportunity to develop personally and professionally in a small group through working together on a specific issue or concern.
Faculty form small groups of 5-10 people, meeting at least 6 times throughout the academic year and focus on one specific issue in teaching or learning.

Guidelines:
All teaching faculty may participate
Groups may be cross-discipline or same discipline
Each Circle chooses a specific topic, issue or concern
A full-time faculty member must facilitate the group
Facilitator keeps records, manages money, makes reports
Each Circle receives $500 to support activities
Share results at the end of the academic year
