Course Requirements: Prerequisite: CADD-140. Placement into RDNG-016 (ACSR-016) is required. Student must provide a Flashdrive or Portable Storage Device.
Description: This course introduces students to advanced CADD tools used to analyze and simulate design processes for testing and interrogating the design intent. This course introduces students to current design software such as Simulation software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. All of the tools are used to evaluate the design of products, tools and processes. This class will be delivered in a CADD based format.
