Course Requirements: Prerequisite: Placement into ENGL-100 or successful completion of RDNG-030, ACLT-075, or ACLT-076.
Description: This course examines the background, context, and consequences of the Holocaust. Starting with the history of the Jewish people and anti-Semitism in Germany and Eastern Europe, the course focuses on the experience of the European Jews, as well as the other ethnic, cultural, and political victims of the Nazi regime in the 1930's and 1940's within the global context of the Second World War.
