Psychology of Late Adulthood

Course Requirements: Prerequisite: PSYC-281. Placement into RDNG-030 (ACSR-030), or completion of RDNG-016, is required.
Description: The study of adult development and aging. Developmental changes affecting sensation, perception, memory, intelligence, personality, interpersonal relationships and social involvements will be studied. Psychopathology, contemporary intervention techniques, bereavement, coping strategies, death and dying within the context of the aging process.
