The Quality Assurance certificate program is designed to give students the technical and practical knowledge to enter the field of manufacturing or service as a quality professional. The student will learn the latest quality concepts and techniques used in modern facilities. Students will gain knowledge in process control, statistical methods, measurements, cost of quality and employee involvement.
