Requests for quote and opportunities to bid on products and services required by Mott Community College can be found on the website www.bid4michigan.com. This website allows both higher education and K-12 school districts across Michigan to more effectively notify vendors of RFP and bid opportunities while increasing internal efficiency and lowering costs for member agencies and taxpayers through shared resources. This site provides instant access to all of our bids, RFI's, RFP's, Quotes, Addenda and Awards online.
Vendors have two registration options:
- Automatic Email Notification - Gives vendors instant email notification for opportunities posted by any of the member agencies which match their self-chosen product/service categories; annual fee $49.95
- Search Only Access - Gives vendors access to search for opportunities of interest at no charge, but requires them to remember to login frequently to ensure they catch opportunities before the deadline; annual registration renewal required, but no annual fee
If you have questions or need assistance registering, please call the Vendor Support
Department at 800-835-4603, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM EST.
