Work Keys Service Center

Work Keys is a tool that helps companies set skills standards for current positions, make better hiring decisions for future employees, and develop the skills of their existing workforces. Developed by ACT, a national organization well known for its college testing program, Work Keys is widely used throughout the United States.

It serves clients such as Meijer Corporation and Proctor and Gamble.

The Work Keys system includes:
  • Job Profiling: identifies the skills required for successful job performance in eight fundamental workplace skills.

  • Assessment: assesses an individual’s job skill levels in any or all of the eight skill areas.

  • Instructional Support: provides targets of instruction to help the development of training solutions for skill building.
