DHS LICENSING

MCC Early Childhood Learning Center is licensed by the Michigan Department of Social Services for the care of children.

Standards are constantly maintained to meet and exceed all requirements of that agency.  MCC ECLC operates in accordance with licensing requirements in providing for the safety of children
and adults including protection from environmental hazards, in conducting a regularly scheduled

ECLC receives Grant for Playground Improvements

Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs
Thanks to a generous grant from the Greater Flint Arts Council, our outdoor learning environment is now a STEAM playground which uses the arts to support children as they develop the skills of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics!

Funding for this project is made possible by a grant from Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs and Greater Flint Arts Council and through the ongoing generous support of Mott Community College.
