Jennifer Walker began her teaching career at Mott Community College in 2010 in the dental hygiene program. Beginning part-time, Jennifer was hired as a full time dental hygiene faculty in 2015. Prior to coming to MCC, she worked in private practice for 16 years.
Jennifer’s college career began at MCC! She received her AAS-Dental Hygiene in 1994 from Mott Community College. She went on to complete her BAS-Dental Hygiene from Siena Heights University in 2009. In 2013, she received her MA-Educational Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Mrs. Walker is the faculty advisor for the dental hygiene club and student chapter advisor for the ADHA. Jennifer has also held positions within the local dental hygiene component and served as a delegate to the MDHA. Additionally, she is very involved in community service and has inspired her students to serve as well.
Jennifer lives in North Branch with her husband and two sons. Her oldest son received his associate’s degree from Mott Community College in 2015. Her youngest son will begin classes at MCC in the fall of 2016.
