I graduated from California State University at Long Beach with both a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Zoology and a Master's Degree in Biology. While in California, I taught physiology, biology, and anatomy at CSU as well as at several community colleges. Overall, I have been teaching for 15 years. Since moving to Michigan, I began teaching for MCC in 2013 and have taught microbiology and anatomy & physiology classes.
In addition to being an avid reader, I most enjoy hanging out with my dogs and family (equally), learning anything new, going to museums and trying out new foods.
