My name is Susan Lechota and I have been a member of the Early Childhood Education faculty at MCC since 2006. I have worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 25 years. I am also the Director of the Mott Community College Early Childhood Learning Center (MCC ECLC). The MCC ECLC provides child care to Mott students and the community as well as serving as the MCC Laboratory preschool where MCC Early Childhood students complete hours of practicum experiences with young children which are required for graduation.
I feel that I have the best job in the world because I have the privilege of working with both MCC ECED students and with MCC ECLC children and their families. I greatly enjoy being in a position to encourage and guide ECED students as well as young children and their families during their time at MCC.
