Mott Community College (MCC) Workforce Development is hosting a Health & Wealth Community Event, Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the north parking lot of the MCC Wagner Building, at 709 N. Saginaw Street in Flint.

Visitors will be able to:
• Request a credit report with a credit score and review it with a professional
• Receive information from other financial service providers
• Receive free healthcare screenings and dental cleanings (ages 3-17)
• Receive energy assistance information with Truenorth
• Receive information about training programs, job search techniques & employment assistance from MCC Workforce Development
• Free food, prizes and a chance to enter a raffle for a 32" TV
• Free haircuts and face painting for school age children

The Health and Wealth Event is sponsored by Mott Community College Workforce and Economic Development; Metro Community Development, Financial Opportunity Center (FOC); Fifth Third Bank; and Molina Healthcare.
