MCC Workforce Development & Avancez to co-host hiring event March 13

Mott Community College’s Workforce Development Division will co-host a Career Fair with Avancez Assembly on March 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Workforce Education Center, 709 N. Saginaw Street, Flint. This event is free and open to the public.

“Avancez has positions for first, second and third shift assemblers and sequencers,” said Kathleen LaVallier, Job Development Specialist. The starting pay is $10.50 an hour. People interested in applying should apply online at www.avancezassembly.com/careers or attend the event March 13 dressed appropriately in professional attire. Attendees are encouraged to bring several copies of their resumes to the event.
