Take your Associate Degree to the Next Level
Bellevue University and Mott Community College are partnering to help you get the
most out of your Associate degree. Get Real Learning for Real Life when you transfer
your Mott Community College credits to Bellevue University.
Ashley Weiss, Relationship Manager, said the foundation of the BU/Mott partnership is based upon mutual respect. She said each institution is committed to serving the community with open-access, supportive, lifelong learning opportunities for students.
“BU encourages Mott students to successfully complete their associate degree, and then BU offers them a smooth transfer process to capitalize on the success that they’ve already had,” she said. “Ultimately, both BU and Mott are invested in helping students achieve their goals and thrive for years to come.”
The partnership makes transferring from Mott to Bellevue easy. If students complete an associate degree at Mott, all of their credits will transfer to Bellevue. This puts students at the half way point towards their bachelor’s degree. In addition, BU’s generous credit-transfer program has been nationally recognized by Phi Theta Kappa for helping students avoid re-taking classes, ultimately saving them time and money. The transfer process is very straightforward, and Weiss is on campus full-time to assist with the process.
All application and transfer fees have been waived for Mott students, and all students are eligible for introductory transfer grants.
BU also offers more than 25 masters and doctorate programs. Mott employees that are interested in BU programs are automatically awarded partnership fellowship grants of up to $2,000.
