3CX - MCC - Your Office Extension Anywhere

  1. Contact 2-Help and request the 3CX credentials
    provide your name, extension and contact number for questions
  2. Download the 3CX App
  3. Open the app follow the prompts or go to settings and choose Scan QR Code
  4. Open your email Subject: Welcome to 3CX! using the 3CX app on your phone scan the QR code
    This QR code is ONLY for you DO NOT share
  5. Once scanned it will take a few minutes to complete the internal process
  6. When the process is complete, you will see your name and a Ready for calls status

Scanning Individual Documents

While working remotely, you sometimes need to sign or scan a document. While there are a variety of ways to accomplish this, one of the easiest is to use your phone and a scanning app to create a PDF document. Mott does not have an official app for this purpose, but a couple good examples are below:

  1. Go to Google Hangouts settings (from the hamburger-3 horizontial lines) choose settings (looks like a gear)
  2. Check the box "Show when you were last active"
