Program Information

This degree program prepares student to design and build computer software using a variety of programming languages and design concepts for both stand alone / networked computers and web-based environments. Students gain skills in multiple facets of information technology including software development, web development, database, computer hardware, and computer systems analysis. Programming languages include: C++, C# .NET, Python, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, SQL working with Microsoft and Adobe products. Graduates are prepared to develop software for organizations, provide computer support, analyze computer systems, and develop websites.

Classes within this online program offer the concepts to understand information technology and also give hands on experience developing software, managing databases, creating web pages, and analyzing information systems. Our goal is to provide students with job ready skills necessary for careers in information technology.
