Join us for this cultural and educational once-in-a-lifetime experience! Puerto Rico is an island in the Caribbean with indigenous, Spanish, African and American influences. What do you imagine it means to be Puerto Rican, given the history? We will explore Puerto Rico by immersing ourselves in the language and culture through visiting historic sites, interactive cultural experiences, attending language classes, homestays, experiential learning, and more!

Getting Started

Planning is key to a successful study abroad experience. It is never too early to begin integrating study abroad into your individual academic plan, seeking advice from advisers and your concentration, and visiting the International Institute for guidance.

To start planning your study abroad experience, you can meet with the study abroad coordinator during drop-in hours, which are held weekly (Sundays 5:00-6:00pm and also by appointment on Zoom. The zoom link to join is: https://mcc-edu.zoom.us/j/94737945794
