This page presents key student achievement measures as required by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), including student body/enrollment demographics; retention, graduation, and transfer-out rates; and licensure exam pass rates. The data reflects the most recent reporting cycles submitted to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and other official sources.

Student Body Characteristics

Student body enrollment and demographic data are based on figures reported to IPEDS on the Fall 2025 Enrollment survey and reflect enrollment percentages for the Fall 2025 semester. These figures reflect enrollment in for-credit courses only and do not reflect non-credit/Workforce course enrollment.

Retention Rates

Retention rates are based on data reported to IPEDS on the Fall 2025 Enrollment survey and reflects fall-to-fall retention rates for first-time, degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students who started in Fall 2024 and re-enrolled in Fall 2025.

Graduation and Transfer-Out Rates

Graduation and transfer-out rates are based on data reported to IPEDS on the Graduation Rates 2025-26 survey and are based on the cohort of full-time, first-time degree/certificate-seeking students who started in the 2022-23 academic year. Graduation rates reflect student completion status within 150% of the normal time to complete academic program requirements. Transfer-out rates reflect students who did not complete a degree/certificate at Mott Community College but instead transferred to another institution.
