Your choice to attend college may be one of the biggest decisions of your life. Launch (or relaunch) your math skills with this program. Mott Community College invites qualifying students to develop their math skills with the MCC Math LaunchPad Program.

What is the MCC Math LaunchPad Program?

The MCC Math LaunchPad (MLP) program is a free new program designed to provide comprehensive and individualized support to students taking their first math course.

During the Fall 2023 semester, participating students

  • Complete either
    • Loading...
    • Loading...
  • Participate in career development workshops and career counseling.

Who is Eligible?

MCC students and incoming guest students are eligible if they have not completed a college-level math course at MCC or their home institution.

Who is not Eligible?

Dual enrolled, early college and middle college students are not eligible..

What are the benefits?

  • Free tuition, books and fees toward an eligible math course (Math 090, Math 018/Math 118).
  • Access to the following student services, such as:
    • MLP facilitator/advocate
    • student support team including a Financial Aid representative
    • Food assistance through Lenore Croudy Family Life Center
    • Transportation assistance
    • Chromebook access (on loan) and Internet access
  • MCC Math LaunchPad courses are offered online and in-person.
  • The MCC LaunchPad Program is FREE for all qualifying students.
