Phi Theta Kappa's mission is to recognize and promote student academic achievement. PTK provides opportunities to cultivate professional and leadership skills, secure scholarships, explore diverse career paths, and build a network of supportive peers and trusted advisors that last a lifetime.
Interested in a STEM career and/or pursuing a STEM degree? With funding from the National Science Foundation, Mott is able to offer a total-cost-of-attendance scholarship, academic support, specialized leadership and civic learning experiences, conference travel, university transfer preparation, and undergraduate research experiences to eligible students.
The Trustee’s Leadership Scholarship is Mott Community College’s most prestigious award, a distinction conferred to College District high school seniors who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, and community engagement.
NTHS provides recognition for excellence in career and technical education and continues to support the next generation of skilled workers and leaders through chapter activities built around the Core Four Objectives: career development, leadership development, service, and recognition.
Psi Beta is the national honor society for students who plan to major or minor in psychology, as well as students who simply have an interest in psychology, encouraging professional development and psychological literacy of students by promoting and recognizing excellence in scholarship, leadership, research, and community service.
Sigma Kappa Delta is the English Honor Society for two-year colleges, fostering all aspects of the discipline of English, including literature, language, and writing and confers distinction for high achievement in English language and literature in undergraduate studies.
MCC students are also eligible for the Dean’s List, the Graduation with Honors Distinction, and the Graduate Honor Reception (including the Paul Karr Award and the Phil Braun Award).
