Purchasing Cards (PCard)

Purchasing cards can be issued to Mott Community College employees, as a complement to the current purchase order system, for small dollar value purchases to accelerate acquisitions and reduce transaction costs.

Note: MCC sign-in credentials required to view and download these documents.

To obtain a Purchasing Card, complete the login required PCard Application & User Agreement.

Submit the user application and agreement to the CFAO in the Accounting and Finance Department.
