  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance documenting coverage in the amount of one million dollars is required for all outside organizations.
  • All marketing and promotional materials related to this event must be submitted to [email protected] and approved before the event can take place as outlined in the Non College Sponsored Event Disclaimer.

Parking and Direction Signs

For generic parking and event direction signs to be placed for your event:

  • Please contact Department of Public Safety at (810) 762-0222 at least 6 days in advance and provide event name, date, time, location and contact person's name.

Warning - Emergency Cancellation Policy:

48-hour cancellation notice is required for all events.
