Barrier-free Parking

Barrier-free parking spaces for students, faculty, staff and visitors who hold a valid handicap parking permit are located throughout campus. Please refer to the map above for specific locations.

Emergency Call Box= Lots equipped with Emergency Call Boxes.

Library Parking

Lot entrances are located off of Gorman Drive and Prahl Center Drive. There are 148 standard and 7 barrier-free spaces. A Library Book Drop Box is located at the northwest side of the lot for the convenience of Mott Library patrons.

Paid Parking

Entrance to the pay lot is located off of Prahl Center Drive. There are 286 standard spaces available.

The cost to park in this lot is $1 per visit, which is collected as you exit. Parking gate machines accept both currency and coin, although not a combination of both. The machine will accept bill denominations up to $5, dispersing $1 coins as change. A prepaid ID/Debit card is also accepted. The following machine locations are available to purchase a debit card or add money to an ID card (designated on map by this symbol green dollar sign in a yellow circle )

  1. Mott Library first floor next to copier.
  2. Curtice-Mott Complex first floor west student lounge near the vending area, Bear Bistro dining area, and second floor east vending area across from Nursing Lab.
  3. Prahl College Center first floor lobby and lower level vending area.
  4. Mott Memorial Building second floor vending area.
  5. Gorman Science Center first floor outside Science and Mathematics Division office.
  6. Regional Technology Center second floor vending area.
  7. Visual Arts & Design Center by the main entrance.

Note: There are 20 barrier-free spaces located just north of this lot. The entrance is located off of Gorman Drive by Central Receiving.

Dental Clinic Parking

A combination of 36 standard and barrier-free spaces are available to Dental Clinic Patrons ONLY. Access to this lot is restricted and pre-arranged through the Dental Clinic.

Faculty / Staff Parking

This lot is restricted to Faculty / Staff and Visitor Parking. Note: This lot is available for student use weekdays after 6:00pm and weekends.

Mott Memorial Parking

Parking located west of Mott Memorial Building off of Horrigan Drive near Court Street. There are 96 standard and 4 barrier-free spaces.

Mott Memorial Faculty/Staff Parking

This lot consists of 57 standard and 2 barrier-free spaces for use by faculty/staff associated with MCC, the University Center, and Mott Middle College. The entrance is located off of Horrigan Drive near Court Street.

Ramp and Lot are closed indefinitely.

Student Parking Ramp


There are 379 standard and 14 barrier-free spaces in this ramp located just north of the Curtice-Mott Complex. The entrance is located on Horrigan Drive.

Note: Vertical clearance for safe entry into this ramp is 8'4".

This ramp is restricted to Faculty/Staff and Visitor parking.

Visual Arts & Design Center Parking


Entrances are located along Horrigan Drive between Gorman Drive and the entrance to Regional Technology Center (RTC). These lots contain a total of 175 spaces; 154 standard, 13 reserved for Visitors/Patrons of the Transitions Salon and 9 barrier-free spaces.

Public Safety Parking

This area is reserved for Public Safety operational vehicles and equipment.

Gorman Parking

Staff parking only. Parking reserved for faculty and staff.

Public Safety, Presidential Conference Center & Foundation for MCC Plaza Parking


Parking is restricted to Public Safety vehicles, staff, the Presidential Conference Center/The Foundation for Mott Community College and individuals accessing the barrier-free parking.

Regional Technology Center (RTC) Parking


Located just south of Robert T. Longway off of Horrigan Drive, this lot contains 259 standard and 10 barrier-free spaces.

Located just south of Robert T. Longway and east off of Horrigan Drive, this lot contains 172 standard spaces.
