Scanning Individual Documents

While working remotely, you sometimes need to sign or scan a document. While there are a variety of ways to accomplish this, one of the easiest is to use your phone and a scanning app to create a PDF document. MCC does not have an official app for this purpose, but below is a solution which works with your MCC Google Account:

Showing Availability in Google Chat / Gmail Account

Let your colleagues know when you are available (or not available)

Go to Google Chat or your Gmail account.
From your status indicator at the top, click the Down arrow.
Select from "Automatic - Based on Activity", "Do Not Disturb - Mute Notifications", or "Set as Away"
To Set a Custom Status:
1. Click Add a status.
2. Follow the prompt to choose an emoji, write a status message, or end or clear a status.
3. Click Done.
