Our 2019-2021 Strategic Plan was developed through a highly inclusive process over a number of months, with input and ideas from students, faculty, and staff, as well as our many supporters in the community, whether they are business leaders, union members, nonprofits, philanthropists, government officials, MCC alumni and retirees, K-12 and higher education sectors, and many others.
“Mott Strong” is the moniker for our Institutional Priorities that serve as our aspiration, the Strategic Plan that we will follow to reach our ambition, and the foundational beliefs of Commitment, Civility and Compliance that guide our work.
